Conversation 1: An overview or introduction to having courageous conversations. This is where we engage members in the Worldview activity, so we can understand the reasons behind how and why we think as we do and hopefully want to continue the conversations into the next session.
Conversation 2: Engage members in the World Café conversations where we get together in groups and engage in progressive rounds of conversation about race and gender inequities. Here, members will begin to brainstorm solutions to the issues.
Conversation 3: The focus here is on deeper courageous conversations around race and equity. Using the Open Space method, members will create an action plan for change in their classroom, school community, and life. A Planning Framework Template will be utilized to help create such an action plan.
